Check which apps use your camera and mic

Android 12 and newer shows exactly what apps accessed and when.

Apps can ask for your camera, microphone and location, and it is easy to forget what you said yes to. The privacy dashboard shows a timeline of which apps used them, so you can spot anything suspicious.

1. Open Settings > Privacy.
2. Tap Privacy dashboard.
3. Tap Camera, Microphone or Location to see recent use.
4. Tap an app and change its permission to While using the app or Don't allow.

Now you know who has been peeking. If a torch app wanted your location, we need to talk. 🔦🕵️😂
