Pin your screen before lending your phone

Lets someone use one app and nothing else.

We have all handed over our phone for a quick look at one photo, then watched them wander into the gallery. App pinning locks the phone to one app until you unpin it, so the rest of your phone stays private.

  1. Open Settings > Security (or Security & privacy) and turn on App pinning or Pin windows.
  2. Open the app you want to share.
  3. Open Recents and tap the app icon at the top, then Pin.
  4. Unpin by holding Back and Recents (or swipe up and hold).
Tip: Turn on "Ask for PIN before unpinning" so they cannot leave the app.

Now your cousin can watch that one video and not a single thing more. Safe phone, happy owner. 😄
